Welcome to TLF Report Generator (the "Service"), operated at https://tlf.xwqin.com. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Description of Service

TLF Report Generator is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that assists clinical trial programmers and researchers in parsing Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs), creating Tables of Contents (TOCs), and generating Tables, Listings, and Figures (TLFs) from uploaded clinical trial datasets.

2. User Accounts and Subscriptions

  • Eligibility: You must register for an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • Billing: Subscription payments are processed securely by our checkout partner, Creem.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Customer Billing Portal. Your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Data Ownership and Confidentiality

You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights in all data, SAP documents, and datasets uploaded to the Service ("User Content"). We do not claim any ownership rights over your clinical content. We treat all uploaded trial materials as strictly confidential, implementing industry-standard AES-256 encryption.

4. Clinical Accuracy Disclaimer

The Service is an automated helper tool designed to assist clinical programming. All output reports (TLFs) generated by the Service must be reviewed, validated, and verified by qualified biostatisticians or programmers before being submitted to any drug regulatory authority (e.g., FDA, EMA, NMPA). We do not guarantee the clinical accuracy of generated reports and are not liable for any regulatory outcomes or rejection.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TLF Report Generator and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues resulting from your use of the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
